Milton Bradley "4828-4" Vintage 1968 Junior Jigsaw Puzzle

This is such a fun, vintage junior jigsaw puzzle.  It's copyright 1968!  Box is in decent, if not excellent condition, and all 100 pieces are complete.

This vintage puzzle is one of my favorites that Landon has completed!  I love the graphic colors in the 100 piece puzzle, and of course Landon loved the kittens!

Contempo "Clown Montage" - Vintage 1991

This Contempo 500pc puzzle is vintage, dated 1991.  It's titled "Clown Montage."  I picked it up at a thrift shop for just a couple bucks and couldn't be more pleased with my find. It's complete!  Given that it's over 25 years old, there were a few pieces that needed a bit of repair to keep the cardboard layers from splitting.  But the repair was easier work than the puzzle.  The box is in great shape, aside from the tape used at the thrift shop to assure the puzzle stayed whole.  Took me a couple months to carve out the time to get to this, but once I did, I started on a Sunday afternoon and finished it by Monday morning.  As a brand, Contempo is quality, with thick pieces and a tight fit.  I loved the vintage feel to the design itself as well - the colors are vaguely 70s and the pop notion fits right in with that theme. 

 

The Dog Artlist Collection "Jack Russell Terrier"

Sometimes, taking pictures of dogs with puzzles does not work out.  This puzzle WAS complete.  Until Claire sat upon it.

This postcard-sized puzzle inspires Claire to plan a vacation to Yosemite National Park.
